Welcome to Stud Logix UK. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our service is designed to provide a premium environment for the curation and trade of investment-grade collectibles.

To use the Stud Logix UK marketplace, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside within the United Kingdom or other supported jurisdictions. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

When purchasing a set or minifigure, you are entering into a legally binding contract with the seller. You are responsible for reading the full item listing before committing to buy. All prices are listed in £ (GBP).

Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and high-quality photographs of their items. You agree to fulfill orders promptly and communicate professionally with buyers. Stud Logix UK reserves the right to remove listings that do not meet our curation standards.

Transaction fees are calculated as a percentage of the final sale price. We use secure payment processors to handle all financial interactions. Sellers are paid out only after the buyer confirms receipt of the item or after the cooling-off period expires.

Stud Logix UK strictly prohibits the sale of counterfeit products, "clones," or non-genuine components. Any seller found listing fraudulent items will be permanently banned from the platform.

Our precision curation model includes a dispute resolution process. If an item received does not match the description provided, buyers may initiate a return request within 14 days of receipt.

All content on the Stud Logix UK platform, including logos, designs, and database structures, is the property of Stud Logix UK and is protected by copyright laws. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor or endorse this site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stud Logix UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or market fluctuations in collectible values.
