To start selling, create an account, verify your identity, and set up your store. You can list items immediately after completion. Our team reviews new sellers within 24 hours.
We charge a 10% commission on all sales, plus payment processing fees (2.9% + £0.20 per transaction). Sellers also have the option to upgrade to a Premium seller account for additional benefits.
Standard shipping within the UK takes 2-3 business days. International shipping varies by destination (5-14 days). You can select your preferred carrier and tracking is included with all orders.
Buyers have 30 days to return items in original condition for a full refund. Items must be unused and properly packaged. Return shipping costs are split between buyer and seller.
You can open a dispute directly from your order page. We'll work with both parties to resolve the issue fairly. Most disputes are resolved within 5 business days.
Most LEGO items are welcome, but we prohibit counterfeit sets, items with missing essential pieces, and certain rare vintage items. Check our seller guidelines for the complete list.
